Strive respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Strive app and services.

Information we collect

Health data (optional)

If you enable HealthKit, we may read activity data (for example, steps and active energy) and write workouts to Apple Health. Health data access is optional and can be disabled at any time in iOS Settings.

How we use data

Sharing and processors

We share data with trusted service providers that help us operate the app, including Supabase (backend infrastructure) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, HealthKit if enabled). We do not sell your data.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Activity logs are retained for up to 90 days. Health data is stored in Apple Health; we only access it on device when you grant permission.

Your rights

Children

Strive is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us.

Security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your information.

Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you in the app if changes are material.
